Subject: Some questions about LW-multiplatform and help needed.
Sender: owner-lightwave-l@netcom.com

I recently purchased a AST-EXP/P60 (Pentium).
So now I've got my Amiga Toaster-2000 (030/40mhz) and a 60mhz Pentium.
I'm hoping when lightwave hits the pentium platform, I can ethernet these
2 together and split the rendering between the 2 systems.
So anyone have a date when Lwave for the Pentium platform will be available?
Does anyone have any information on the PAR for the IBM side?
The reason I'm asking is that I "heard" the software was better (PAR) on the
IBM version.
Are the capability's of the 2 versions identical?
Also, I've begun having problems with my Video Toaster board.
More and more frequentley, I've been getting a "Unable to start Video Toster"
however it does start to genlock.
The screen gymnastics usually include a flashing blue screen on the amiga side
and the Composite Video Out looks half black half gray, before it quits
trying.
Any help would be appreciated (I just don't want to send it out if it's
something simple).
Thanks
Ed
